deceiving company, DO NOT TRUST. I made an order where I was very specific about wanting to order copper beads. I stated several times through communication I needed copper beads.
I received a parcel of copper ball without holes, customer service was quite to be rude when I requested if I could return the product for a refund.
Carrie Tong relinquished any responsibility and would not only not be of any help. it was also refused that I could return the product for a refund. I have never done business with a company before that does not accept returns.
I am disappointed with the values and attitude of this company and would not recommend them
